Your baby's information is private. We only use information you choose to provide to personalise your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your baby's personal information.
What we collect
Contact details you give us at checkout (name, email, mobile number and delivery address) and any optional baby profile details you choose to add, such as a nickname, age, approximate weight, nappy size and preferred product range.
Baby profiles are optional
You can shop, check out and reorder without ever creating a baby profile. If you do create one, you can edit or remove it at any time from your account.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, to recommend products based on manufacturer sizing guidance, and — if you switch reminders on — to let you know when your essentials may be running low.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your baby's personal information, and we do not collect sensitive or medical information. Our recommendations are product suggestions, not medical advice.
