Returns Policy

Kleinbaba is not yet selling, so no returns apply today. This is the policy we intend to launch with.

30-day returns (planned)

From launch: unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

If your baby has outgrown a size before you've opened the pack, we'll exchange it for the next size at no extra cost (price difference may apply).

For hygiene reasons, opened wipes, creams, bath products and feeding teats cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free collection and replacement.
